WANT TO AVOID ARTHRITIS ATTACKS?
Well, just religiously continue with the usual no no's. That of not eating pork innards,Dried fish,Beans, lentils etc. and most importantly, avoid Dog Meat. Despite my male relatives and friends warnings that i avoid Dog meat since it triggers arthritis attacks, i tried. And well, i learned my lessons the hard way.
Inspired by the the elderly Koreans whom i saw vorasciously eating the meat in its pure form, ( they eat it with no rice.) I said to myself, if they do it fearlessly, then why shouldn't i?
And so i doggedly ordered my share of Sauteed dog meat of my desire and ate my fill. Well what have you, it's true. The morning after, i woke up with a swollen ankle . I cant walk. i have an Arthritis attack!...
The swelling and Pain eventually subsided after some weeks and i got back to walk normally when the symptoms gradually disappeared.
The reason i did not learn my lesson was that when i was well again, i doubted if the Dog meat is the cause of my recent arthritic ailment. So to see once and for all if canine meat really triggers the attacks, I went back to Comiles Restaurant, Baguio City's most famous *aw-aw meat Establishment and ordered a serving of my favorite Toasted Spare Parts, Canine meat Boiled and fried crisp and juicy.
The following morning, well, true enough, my right ankle is swollen again and the pain is so intense. Another painful attack, why can't i learn my lessons? Well i deserved it...And so i finally concluded, well It's true, Eating dog meat really Triggers Arthritic attacks.
*Dog meat
